Woyww #252

Oh gosh.....
Tax time is here!
I have spent the last 3 hours prepping mine. I would rather be doing something... anything else.

But hey... I did get to grab a pic of my crafty mess for all to see.

Come join in the fun.... I am participating in "WOYWW"  = What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday.
Visit Julia and her blog>>> here to find out more.

1)    I am making a vintage style guestbook for my youngest son's wedding.

2)... This is the new cabinet my hubby made for me.

3).... This is my 2nd desk where I try and have space for my project life and art journaling supplies.
Unfortunately it becomes a catch all for so much more.
The cabinet above is going to go on this desk to clear up some of the mess. Maybe next week I can share how it will look cleaned up. LOL

Thank you all for stopping by!

Now off to visit some other crafty desks from around the world!

hugs

  5. Hi Kimmer,

The cabinet your husband made you is amazing! Sure, I'll send you my stencils if you mail over that cabinet! tee hee.

What a cool idea to make the guest book for your son's wedding. I'm sure he and his bride will treasure it.

Thanks for sharing your desk with us this week! And thank you for visiting me already!
    Happy belated WOYWW.

Thanks for visiting earlier - great to meet you. Glad you enjoyed the view. It really is a great place to sit and work/play/create!! But I do spend an inordinate amount of hours simply gazing....
    Have a great week.

  12. Hi there and thank you for visiting my WOYWW desk this week - sorry for the delay in returning the visit! Love your cabinet, what a useful husband, although I can't complain either! You are like me, two desks, trouble is I have no space on either, lol Carole Z X #69

  13. Wow Kimmer, wish my hubby could make me stuff like that! It's beautiful! He does make really chunky garden furniture, though, so I shouldn't complain - and he has loads of other skills and 93-yr-old Mum and I simply couldn't get by without him, he's such a star! As for the tax stuff, you have my sympathy. I've got ours to sort soon, and in the meantime, the end of month accounts - hateful, hateful jobs! My office is a subdivision of my ARTHaven which I can see through the open doorway and it's always a temptation when I should be glued to my desk doing boring office work lol!! Having seen how heavenly it is, you can understand my feelings, I am sure!!

Thanks for your lovely comments, and I am glad I got your mouth watering! Mum has just told me she ate her slice of left-over pavlova this evening and it was "divine" and will I please make another one SOON!!!

    Happy belated WOYWW,

  17. Hi very belatedly returning your visit, we had a super time on our boat but internet access is pretty difficult so had to wait until we got home to visit WOYWWs.
Your desks look pretty busy, and I love those beautiful drawers under desk No 2, it is so nice when you can have style and co-ordination in the outside of your storage space.
